Book Availibility and Confirmation

Our books are updated online weekly. Please email us for availiblity of the book(s) you are ordering before sending the Order Form or payment.
We will then send a reply email to let you know if the book(s) are still available and the total cost including *shipping and handling. We will hold the book(s) for you for 7 days after your email.

There are many ways to order for your convenience.

Credit Card

If you are paying by Credit Card you may either click the Order Form link to the left to place an order using an online form or you may click the Print Form to the left to , print the page, fill out all information and then send it along with your Credit Card information. We will also take orders by telephone if you would rather not send your credit card information through email or regular mail.

Check or Money Order

If you would like to pay by Check or Money Order you may click the Order Form link to the left to place your order using the online form or you may click the Print Form button to the left, print the page, fill out all information and then send it along with your payment.
